Are you new as a member and do you wish to participate in this teams activities, please submit your information to the coach of the team here.
Club guidelines
New club members should use the main form and must be over 16 years old or have received parents permission.
Existing club members should use the 'If you have a SportMember.co.uk account, you can use it...' option below or speak with their coach about joining another team.
Please note that your application will initially be placed on a waiting list and you will be sent a confirmation email from SportMember including a link to the Disability4Sport Registration Form. We ask all new club members to complete our full registration form, so that we can support them when they join their first session and ensure their continued safety.
The Disability4Sport team are looking forward to welcoming our new club members. Our affordable memberships, if applicable, will start after your first 'Free Come & Try' session, and the fee will be automatically reduced for the first payment if members join part way through the month. If you have any further questions then please do not hesitate to contact us by email at [email protected] or drop-in 15 minutes before any of our inclusive activities and speak to Rhys, Mo or Abigail.
